Motherhood doesn’t always go the way we imagine.

When my baby was born via C-section and spent two weeks in the NICU, my breastfeeding journey didn’t begin the way I had planned. I had prepared for months, ready to nurse him as soon as he arrived, but instead, I found myself expressing breast milk every three hours, starting from when he was just one hour old.

For three weeks, I was attached to a traditional electric breast pump with wires and tubes, unable to move freely or even care for my newborn the way I wanted to. As a first-time mom, it was isolating and exhausting.

Everything changed when I discovered a wearable breast pump. Suddenly, I could express milk while holding my baby, eating a meal, or simply taking a breath. That small bit of freedom made all the difference, and it allowed me to continue expressing for many months with far less stress.

Honestly, without it, I would have stopped after just a couple of weeks!

That experience inspired me to start Milkii, a brand dedicated to helping other moms find that same freedom, comfort, and confidence.

We believe every mom deserves support that fits into her real life, not the other way around. Our wearable breast pumps are designed to give you flexibility, privacy, and peace of mind, so you can nourish your baby while still being present for the moments that matter most.

Motherhood is hard enough - your pump shouldn’t make it harder.

Made with moms in mind, by a mom who’s been there.

Happy pumping,
Britt xx
